Initiated in 2022, the Aakar Excellence Awards is all about recognizing Caterers & Event Decorators of the country, the people who converts the wedding and event dreams into grand realities.
The meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions, weddings and exhibition industry in INDIA is growing at a scorching pace. Today clients want the Decor & Catering to be innovative, user friendly, facilitative and most important to look majestic. Caters and Event Decorators work day and night to give the necessary tinge, galore and impact and we plan to recognize them by presenting them Aakar Excellence Award.
We're Aakar, Organiser of Asia's Largest Exhibition on Event Infrastructure, Event Decoration, HORECA and Food, which means that our decisions and actions are not influenced by any vested interests or operational restrictions; we are free to develop the Aakar Awards in line with our ethos.

During-event

- Key personals of the sponsors to be given special seats in the award function and one key personal will be invited on stage for giving away the award with the VIP guest.
- One full page profile and one full page advt of the sponsor will be carried in the COFFEE TABLE BOOK which will be distributed to all winners, invitees during the function, all participants of the exhibition and visitors of the award function.
- Sponsors names will be announced during the function. (as many times a possible)
